Summary: Replace httpcomponents by okhttp

The newest httpcomponent version is 5.5, however, the version used by drill is
4.1.4, actually is a little bit out of date. Besides, the more popular tool is
okhttp, which is also adopted by drill. So I will replace all usages of
httpcomponent to okhttp, for dependency optimization purposes.
