You can file ticket in JIRA, examples [1]. 2. make the community involvement trackable, there are several ways: a) add a TODO list to Github, with some detailed actionable item so that people could catch up, b) using "Project", c) create several issues, with labels "Help wanted". Among them I prefer b), but let's see how others think. 3. remember to complete the ip clearance of this project, e.g. change the package name to org.apache. 4. Enrich the README file, currently it only contains the build instruction, maybe adding some screenshot to introduce the features?
