社区，大家好 昨天阿里巴巴集团举行了一个小型的线下meetup，我有幸参与并且与Justin做了一些交流。今天我把我的一点点感想发送出来，希望对大家理解apache的宗旨有一些帮助。
我最大的感想就是apache的态度。我们可以认为apache是结果导向的，apache不对我们做任何要求，印象很深的一句话来自Justin是：大家认为apache有很多规则么？其实apache没有任何规则。apache要求的很简单，强大的社区，更多的贡献者，更大的影响力，更多人响应问题，稳定的版本迭代等等。 邮件列表也好，github的issue也好，我们的交流是要服务于apache的宗旨的——发展dubbo的社区。我们把交流放到任何透明的位置，都是为了这个宗旨。我们为了让更多人参与讨论所以使用邮件列表或者github，而不是因为apache要求我们使用mailing list。 我个人第一次发送中文邮件，之前我也拘泥于语言、在哪里讨论之类的问题。而且我们更多的讨论都发生在dubbo的问题上，比如之前的RoundRobinLoadBalance性能的问题。以后我希望我们的邮件列表上会出现更多关于社区的问题，比如：你会愿意把dubbo推荐给其他人么？为什么？ 邮件列表中的讨论不应该局限于dubbo的issue列表或者pr列表。open source的含义也不只是开放代码。 谢谢大家。 Community, everyone Yesterday Alibaba Group held a small offline meetup, I was fortunate to participate and did some communication with Justin. Today, I sent out a little bit of my feelings, I hope to help you understand the purpose of apache. My biggest impression is the attitude of apache. We can think that apache is result-oriented, apache does not make any demands on us, and a very deep impression comes from Justin: Do you think that apache has many rules? In fact, apache does not have any rules. Apache's requirements are simple: a strong community, more contributors, greater influence, more people responding to problems, stable version iterations, and more. Mailing list, github's issue is also good, our communication is to serve the purpose of apache - the development of dubbo community. We put the conversation in any transparent position for this purpose. We use mailing lists or github to get more people involved in the discussion, not because apache requires us to use mailing list. I personally sent Chinese mail for the first time. Before that, I also stuck to the language and where to discuss. And more of our discussion has occurred on the issue of dubbo, such as the performance of the previous RoundRobinLoadBalance performance. In the future, I hope that there will be more questions about the community on our mailing list. For example, would you like to recommend dubbo to others? why? The discussion in the mailing list should not be limited to dubbo's issue list or pr list. The meaning of open source is not just open code. thank you all.
