Hi, I'm still working on PR #4195 and what I did: * Fixed the issue: Consumer restarts and the code must remove it from org.apache.dubbo.rpc.cluster.loadbalance.statistics.CpuUsageServiceImpl#listeners * Worked on create a background task to achieve this scenario: When provider restarts, consumer must remove the statistics from the org.apache.dubbo.rpc.cluster.loadbalance.StatisticsLoadBalance
