+1 to release
• LICENSE and NOTICE exists and contents are good
• All files and no binary files exist
• All files has standard ASF License header by enable rat and
check-style plugin.
• Can compile from source
• All unit tests can pass under osx + openjdk 1.8
• contents match with corresponding tag
