EAGLE-455 Add JDBCMetadataQueryService, JDBCDataSourceConfig,
GuiceJUnitRunner
- Enhanced JDBC Metadata Framework by adding JDBCMetadataQueryService,
JDBCDataSourceConfig, GuiceJUnitRunner
- Refine `JDBCSecurityMetadataDAO` with `JDBCMetadataQueryService` and add
unit test case `JDBCSecurityMetadataDAOTest`
