Should the two votes be parallel or sequentially? If sequentially, the two
votes will take 72 * 2 = 6 days, about one week? (I am worried that it is
too long. 3 days probably be reasonable.)


And, @Shenyi and @Wenli,
I think we may take advantage of the procedure of the 72 hours, if the tag
to be released can be traded as a "beta version", can be tested by
volunteers, and eliminate "recovery build" we used to face.
But, if possible, how the tag to be released can be downloaded by
volunteers? Should we provide the "download of beta" in echarts website?
