Kevin's right. We are mainly considering the accessing speed when moving
the Chinese version to Apache server. Otherwise, we would be more than
willing to do the job.
So could we do the redirecting thing after we have solved the server
problem?

BTW, I'm going on a vacation from 21st to 29th April. Slow email response
is expected.
