Hi Ovilia, If the new domain doesn't reference apache or echarts name, that would be completely fine with a disclaimer as you suggest. They could even use a Powered By Logo https://www.apache.org/foundation/press/kit/
I would ask branding for guidance on the domain name but something like gallery.baidu.com as a subdomain would be fine. no need for a new domain name.
