I'll merge this pr for now, to reduce the `connection refused exception` for each subscribtion action in http, but the key problem is the `obtainDeliveryAgreement` method, we need to find why this httpclient request cause the exception. @seriouszyx @jonyangx -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
