[~ajayyadava] Just to clarify , It will add all the entities and their
relations to graphdb , if suppose entities and their relations doesn't
already exist in graphdb , during the falcon restart .
It won't add anything related to instances during bootstrapping right ? please
correct me if i am wrong .
