[~ajayyadava] This patch might not work since ordering is not guaranteed .
During bootstrapping if FEED entity comes first before CLUSTER then feed
relations with cluster will fail and likewise for process and feed as well. I
think there is jira saying correct ordering while reloading the entities please
add a link to this jira if it is there .
