1) Personally, I think we shouldn't enforce a certain set of permission. Let 
the user use decide the ACL of the file. We should only check if Falcon can 
read the file.

2) I agree with [~ajayyadava] here. There should only be one way of specifying 
it, else it can be confusing. Also, it add complexity - What if user specifies 
both the options, then, which one takes precedence?
