The approach and patch looks good. I have one comment, can you please overload
the cluster in WorkflowExecutionArgs and have 2 methods in the context to get a
cluster and a source cluster only for replication operation. Rest looks good.
Minor nits:
* rename method instanceGraphBuilder.updateGraphWithReplicationInfo to
addReplicatedInstance keeping it uniform with process
