Ok, the temporary site is up and running at
http://felix.apache.org/download.cgi

In the meantime I got a response from infra that the way we manage our
website is not the way it should be :)

We should sync the confluence pages to felix.apache.org, in order to
make the web server deliver the pages and not confluence.

This is described here in the autoexporter section:

I think it makes sense to go this way.
