No.
The framework version is still wrong and as I mentioned previously, I don't
think we should create snapshots for 1.0.* versions. Just don't downgrade but
stay with the 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT versions for now. You can still deploy a new
snapshot but of the 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT.
