Resolution: Invalid
This functionality already exists. It can be configured by using config admin
service and passing additional directory names in the new configuration. e.g.,
if fileinstall is already watching /tmp/modules, add a file called
org.apache.felix.fileinstall-xxx.cfg in /tmp/modules dir, where the file
contains felix.fileinstall.dir=/tmp/modules2. This will cause fileinstall to
create and watch /tmp/modules2 in addition to /tmp/modules.
