Same issue as Rick, the main project notice file has a bad copyright
year ...
But it's already fixed in the trunk :-)

is correct in the source tar ball. We accidentally had two NOTICE
files, one in the resources directory and one in the root of the
subproject. We only need the latter, so I deleted the former. Now it
should be correct for the next release.
