It will help if one can summarise what features are being added to fileinstall.
I see exploded directory support. What else is being added? I thought we had
agreed that we would first implement

artifact types.
I don't quite understand how this works. Should processDifferences() not be
calling processFileChanges()?
Secondly, has this been tested on a directory with hundreds of bundles?
fileinstall was optimized for such use case (see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-939 for more details).
