Not sure how to proceed here. The patch contains a lot of stuff and plenty of
modifications, so that it's difficult to understand the impact of committing it.
I agree the priorities are FELIX-922 and possibly FELIX-1386. It can be a good
idea to consider extracting the deployment logic in a DeploymentListener (as
karaf installer does) so it should be easy to support additional artifacts
later.
