Fix For: felix-2.2.0
Fragments are automatically merged into hosts as soon as the fragment and/or
host is installed. If a fragment that is merged into a yet-to-be-resolved host
is uninstalled, it is not detached from the host. Subsequent attempts to
resolve the host will result in an exception since it assumes the fragment is
still merged.
