Currently the download links for the single configuration status file
(uncompressed or ZIP) are kind of hidden in the status line of the
Configuration Status Page.
These links should be converted into more prominent buttons a long the lines of
the "Dump Heap" and "Run Garbage Collector" buttons of the Memory Usage plugin.
This allows administrators to more easily spot this important support
functionality.
