Thanks for the patch. It might take me a little time to review it all.
I noticed one thing already. We are using a copy-on-write approach for
Felix.m_installedBundles, which was an array of maps. You've separated this
into two maps that can be mutated, which breaks the concurrency control
approach, since we weren't locking read access to this data structure. That
will have to be changed back.
