Started to import the Confluence Site and added tooling already used by Sling
(and adapted to Felix):
* export and site build tool setup in Rev. 1421874
* build libraries and templates in Rev. 1421880
* converted Confluence content in Rev. 1421893
* imported existing site (site, obr, ipojo folders) in Rev. 1421928, 1422285
The content is now stored in a real file system hierarchy which is derived from
the Confluence page parent references.
Please note, this is just a first shot at the conversion. Some errors prevail
through the conversion and may need to be adapted manually.
