Commited the improvement in revision 1759769.
test case:
org.apache.felix.dependencymanager.itest/src/org/apache/felix/dm/itest/api/OptionalConfigurationDependencyTest.java
Tomorrow, I will apply the same to the dm-lambda library, as well as to the dm
annotations.
