Added in revision 1759776 a "setRequired(boolean)" method in
@ConfigurationDependency annotation.
Added in revision 1759777 the two following test cases for
@ConfigurationDependency annotation:
org.apache.felix.dependencymanager.runtime.itest/src/org/apache/felix/dm/runtime/itest/components/OptionalConfiguration.java
org.apache.felix.dependencymanager.runtime.itest/src/org/apache/felix/dm/runtime/itest/tests/OptionalConfigurationTest.java
