The Converter and Serializer will be separate specs so there will be a
"Converter Specification" which is just the converter. Then there will be a
separate specification around serializers/codecs which builds on the previous
one. Currently the idea is that this will be called "Serializer Service
Specification" - I guess an alternative could be "Converter Codec Service
Specification" but thats a bit of a mouthful. Anyway names are always an
interesting discussion point :)
BTW there will most likely be a draft spec release of the converter spec in the
coming month or so.
