Fix For: http.jetty-3.5.0
Some of the dependencies like event admin, metatype or log service can easily
be made optional at runtime, that is the jetty bundle should also run without
them
I'm not 100% sure about configadmin but as everything is also setable through
framework properties, I think that one should be optional as well
