It would be nice to expose a list of available health checks in the web
console. Either in the existing plugin outlined at
https://github.com/apache/felix-dev/blob/master/healthcheck/README.md#webconsole-plugin
or in a dedicated one.
The list should expose
* class name
* BSN of containing bundle
* name
* tags
* Async execution information
* optional link to mbean
* link to execute the tag
