I think the discussion of the "application metrics bundles" contribution (https://github.com/apache/sling-whiteboard/tree/master/osgi-metrics) by Robert Munteanu has died down by now. It looks like there is some interest in the idea and given that Robert is willing to maintain it we should bring it to a vote.
