Experiment on top of #552, not for merge. Adds JDK 26 to the CI matrix to see what a JDK past 25 makes of the framework now that it registers its URL handling with plurl instead of reflectively clearing the `java.net.URL` static fields. Note Temurin 26 is GA (26.0.2.1) and 27 is GA as well, so this uses the GA build rather than an early access one.
