Agreed on both counts, and on the definition — "tested in CI" is a much more useful bar than "seems to work", and it is exactly the gap here: 7.0.5 predates the framework having a CI job at all ([FELIX-6765](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-6765) added it for 7.1.0), so nobody could say what it was tested against. Matrix is now `[17,21,25,27]`. 23 dropped as you suggested — its last Temurin build is 23.0.2 from January 2025, superseded by 24 that March. Applying your own rule, **26 comes out too**: 27 superseded it in September 2026, so `26.0.2.1` from August is its final update. That leaves the two LTS releases people actually run plus the current non-LTS, and no EOL entries. For what it is worth I had already tried 26 and 27 on the plurl branch before you raised this — both green, framework and OSGi Core R8 TCK ([run](https://github.com/apache/felix-dev/actions/runs/37604709102)). So nothing is lost by dropping 26, and 27 is known to pass rather than hoped to. Noting NetBeans 32 runs on 21, 25 and 27 — that is now exactly the supported set this matrix covers, minus 17 which we keep as the floor for the 7.x line. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
