Regarding the issue of the verification link, I believe this will not affect the release of the new version, so I still vote +1. However, RM should use the email template provided in the community documentation[1] and avoid making mistakes each time a new version is released.I will leave it to the RM to decide whether to proceed with the RC4 voting process.
