Hi Stephen, You need not run the command,
\gradlew migrateTenantListDB -PdbName=mifosplatform-tenants 1. Just create a new fresh database 'mifostenant-default'. 2. And run ./gradlew clean tomcatrunwar Migration should happen automatically.
