Hi Stephen,

If you are using Google chrome, right click and then click on inspect
element. Then go to 'Network' mode and try to click on drop-down menu for
'repayment schedule type'.

Just take the screenshot and share  with us.

OR

While clicking on drop-down menu ,  please share screenshot of tomcat log
where you are running it.
