Dear Jun, In order to certify your instance of Mifos, you need to purchase a SSL certificate from a Certifying Authority (CA) like Verisign. I'm not aware if Amazon provides the same. You'll need to have a private and public key certificate. You can configure these in your web server. What is your specific setup, are you using plain Tomcat or a specific frontend proxy server (you mentioned load balancer)?
