hey devs, I am requesting if the mifos team can provide us with an updated
fineract-provider.war file with updates and fixes for cashier transactions.
this would help users who installed MIFOS 23.12 using tomcat.
I am aware that for those who opted for the docker installation after
cloning the repo have this bug fixed.
