If you do take this on, I would urge you to write the tests first and then to discuss in the Comment field of the ticket. This would define the feature concept better and is a necessary first step. There are several edge cases I could imagine. Also the term "DELETE" is probably not the correct phrasing - more like "flag as inactive". This requires some advanced understanding of how other such features work in Fineract, so you would be advised to look at those similar patterns I believe. Obviously, deleting data entries without addressing the relationships to other tables would be problematic. Best of luck.
