Kaushal - I suspect that the project doesn't have a lot of people using mySQL on Ubuntu. I think if you can, maybe switch to postgres and use the fineract-academy materials to get you to a clean set up. As an open source project of volunteers, there is never enough time to fix all items. You may be finding something broken or incomplete. Kudos for finding something broken in that case, and please, if you do find a way to fix it or complete the documentation of setup for your environment, please bring it back here.
