Several approaches have been discussed:
1) matching AS lines with JS lines
2) source maps
3) source annotations
Look at Frank's prior emails for details. We will do "something", but
first, I want to make sure there is enough other stuff that works such that
folks even want to try to use this technology and have an issue with
debugging.
