I agree with everything you mentioned, except that I don't see why they have to be done before making the repos writable. Obviously, we all need to agree on git usage, but I think we need to make writable first. The sdk and tlf repos are already writable and I don't see people rushing in to commit stuff. I don't forsee multiple branches on the utilities repo anytime soon. We should open up at least that one, so we can push out the release. Any objections to that? Thanks, Om
