I agree with your solution. I have implemented it and it worked.
But my concern is that when we use SDK 4.9 then this problem will happen. And
it is really a problem which should be solved because it takes lots of time for
downloading .swf files in SDK 4.9. And when it is taking time while first time
loading, it may happen that users won't prefer it because not every user is
having patience of waiting for loading the application.
