If you set up Jenkins on your Azure VM and run Mustella through that, you
can set up Jenkins to send an email to the dev list for failures.  Just
like how the Jenkins instance on builds.apache.org is configured.  We will
have to allow the emails from your em...@eriksvm.cloudapp.net to the
allowed list here.
