That is going to be difficult to help you. It's probably one of the asdoc tools/libs that is missing or incorrectly build, or one of the environments variables that is not correctly set.
Did you set all the environments variables required for the build ? # AIR_HOME # FLASHPLAYER_DEBUGGER # PLAYERGLOBAL_HOME # PIXELBENDER_HOME OR maybe the best is just to download the official 4.11 RC2 from Apache Flex and not from github.
