Hi, I can compile from source, it has LICENCE, README etc, tests pass and I can create a binary distribution, the rat report on the initial source tree is clean.
What should the version number be? Was 4.1.0 ever officially released? Look like we just need to create a source distribution as well as a binary one and that's about it? Anyone know of any other issues? A couple of minor issues - but noting I can see to stop making a release. - After compiling rat_report shows 5 incompatible licences. - Some tests are ignore do we know why? - Docs are part of the binary distribution - do we want them to be separate?
