Good news! The fix works and ILOG Elixir components are usable with Flex 4.13 without any errors now. This is a huge deal!
Works with 4.6. Broken with 4.11 and 4.12. Now working fine with 4.13. Thanks Maurice and Alex for figuring this one out.
