I can confirm the scrollbars, both horizontal and vertical, in v3.1 when switching to Greek or Russian. In the updated v3.2 of the installer the vertical scrollbars appear (which they should) but the horizontal scrollbars issue is gone in the new version. I had already set the 'horizontalScrollPolicy' on the installComponentsList to 'off' when I was doing other cleanup back in October.
