This is copyright UN [1] according to copyright link at bottom of page [2] 
which AFAIK hasn't expired.

> 6) The Bible in Hebrew

It's possible (but unknown) if this is in the public domain. Some bible tests 
are some are not. I was unable to find the exact source it come from.

> The following are Adobe licensed and donated, so they are okay:
> 1) Text from the Japanese OpenType guide.

The original file is Adobe copyright and wasn't donated.
