Initially I was removing JS.swc from the folder, but now I did as you said remove it from configuration dependencies.
With your fix I was able to use Mxmlc/Compc options and this is what I got in the console [1]. Attempt to launch swf [2]. Once I click Continue (in Polsish Kontynuuj) I got [3]. JS versions of app working fine. Maybe something is wrong on my PC if it is working fine for you. Additionally since we have our building in a quite good shape maybe we should ping again with current status jetbrains. Describe in the ticket what we have and what we couldn't achieve.
