I can see airglobal.swc only included in external-library-path, not 
library-path but, and I forgot to mentioned in the how to, when one creates the 
global library FlexJS<version>, it should also remove in "classes", the line 
<FlexJSSDK>/frameworks/libs/player/<player version> as otherwise it will 
include playglobal.swc also in library-path
